1. Your Right to Cancel
Under UK consumer law, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase of digital content.
When you purchase a Premium Face Reading for £9.99, you expressly ask us to supply your reading during this 14-day period.
You can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund at any time before your Premium Face Reading has been emailed to you.
This includes situations where you have paid but have not yet uploaded your photograph.
We voluntarily offer this cancellation opportunity even after the usual 14-day cancellation period has expired, provided your reading has not yet been emailed.
2. When Your Right to Cancel Ends
Once your Premium Face Reading has been successfully emailed to you, your statutory right to cancel may end, provided you have given the required consent to early digital-content supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of cancellation rights.
We confirm this consent and acknowledgement in your order confirmation email.
Your statutory rights concerning faulty, missing or misdescribed digital content remain unaffected.
3. Gift Vouchers
Face Reading Lab gift vouchers cost £9.99 and entitle the nominated recipient to one personalised Premium Face Reading.
The following conditions apply:
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Each voucher can be redeemed once only.
- Vouchers can only be redeemed using the nominated recipient’s email address.
- Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The recipient must upload their own photograph and provide the required consent before their reading is generated.
- The completed reading will be emailed directly to the recipient, not the purchaser.
Cancelling an Unused Gift Voucher
You may cancel an unused gift voucher for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
To request cancellation, email readings@facereadinglab.com with your name, purchase email address and voucher reference.
You do not need to provide a reason.
Once a refund has been issued, the voucher will be cancelled and can no longer be redeemed.
Once a Gift Voucher Has Been Redeemed
When redeeming a voucher, the recipient is asked to expressly request that their personalised digital reading is prepared and delivered immediately.
Once the reading has been fully delivered, the statutory cancellation right may be lost where the necessary consent and acknowledgement requirements have been met.
A voucher that has already been used to obtain a completed Premium Face Reading cannot normally be refunded simply because the recipient disagrees with the interpretation.
This does not affect statutory rights where a reading is faulty, missing or not supplied as described.
Expired Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers expire 12 months after purchase.
Unused vouchers cannot normally be redeemed or refunded after their expiry date, subject to applicable statutory rights.
4. How to Cancel
To cancel a Premium Face Reading purchase or an unused gift voucher, simply email:

Please include:
- Your name.
- The email address used when purchasing.
- Your order or voucher reference, if available.
- A statement that you wish to cancel your purchase.
You do not need to provide a reason for cancelling.
There is no need to print or post a cancellation form.
You may also use the optional email cancellation form in Section 7.
5. Refunds
Where you are entitled to a refund, we will refund the full purchase price of £9.99 to your original payment method.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your valid cancellation request.
There is no charge for processing a refund.
Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the refunded amount in your account.
Where a gift voucher is refunded, it will be cancelled automatically and cannot subsequently be redeemed.
6. If Something Goes Wrong
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain in place even after your right to cancel has ended.
If your Premium Face Reading:
- Is not delivered.
- Is incomplete or unreadable.
- Is faulty.
- Is not as described.
Please contact us at readings@facereadinglab.com.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, resend or recreate your reading or provide a refund.
The same protection applies to Premium Face Readings obtained using gift vouchers.
Because face readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection, disagreeing with an interpretation does not, by itself, mean the reading is faulty.

To cancel your Premium Face Reading or gift voucher, simply email:

We will acknowledge your cancellation request by email and process any refund due in accordance with this policy.
